The AV-5 Asset Packaging Machine is a pneumatic volumetric liquid filling machine designed for accuracy, versatility, and reliability in industrial applications.

Self-priming from a tank or drum, this machine is ideal for handling free-flowing products such as shampoo, detergents, oils, mayonnaise, paints, and more.

Equipped with an air-operated spool valve, the AV-5 can handle products with suspended solids up to 95°C, including fruit and vegetable pulp mixes and sauces. The valve supports product feed from both floor-level and elevated tanks.

The AV-5 is capable of filling up to 5 litres per stroke, making it suitable for medium-volume production. It is widely used across the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial sectors.
