Our PFM-5-BUF Single Head 5 Litre Bottom Up Filler (BUF) is a semi-automatic liquid, cream and lotion filler that is simple and versatile. The heavy-duty, all-pneumatic design of the PFM-5-BUF is compact, reliable, and easy to clean. It is capable of semi-automatic benchtop function. This machine features a 5-litre product cylinder, allowing for single-shot filling from 500 mL to 5000 mL.
The PFM-5-BUF also comes standard with a positive shut-off nozzle and a bottom-up fill assembly. The spool-valve system of the filler handles all types of bottling products. It is capable of processing thin liquids, creams, and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. This equipment can handle temperatures of up to 95°C (203 F) with ease.
The cylinder design of the PFM-5-BUF enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. Product supply methods can suit the nature of your products, including hoppers and inlet assemblies.
The stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assembly is enclosed with a safety interlocked polycarbonate cover, stopping the machine if opened by the operator.
