The Packserv Infeed Conveyor is designed to improve container alignment and efficiency at the start of your production line. Built to handle both square/rectangular and cylindrical containers, it eliminates the need for multiple machines and reduces downtime caused by misfeeds or misalignment.

The system features two sections: a 1515mm x 1250mm square infeed table, large enough to hold a full pallet of containers, and a 1750mm long straight conveyor section with a standard 130mm width. This layout allows operators to load multiple containers at once, minimising manual handling while ensuring smooth, consistent feeding onto the main line.

Equipped with a sensor-controlled stop–start system, the infeed conveyor prevents bottlenecks and ensures correct container orientation for downstream processes such as filling, capping, and labelling. Constructed in 316 stainless steel with durable components, it offers long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance, while its modular design allows seamless integration with Packserv and third-party equipment.

The result is a safer, more reliable and efficient production flow from the very first step.
