Single Head Liquid Filler

Our PFM-3 single head filler features a robust and reliable design setting the industry standard for semi-automatic benchtop fillers.

The valve system of the PFM-3 Single Head filling machine handles thin liquids, creams and pastes. This machine will even package products with suspended solids, a task that previously required two different types of filling machines or expensive change parts.  This filling machine is suitable for and hot and cold filling, using a special valve for hot fill applications (i.e. >65°C 149 F).

The cylinder design of the filler enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. A number of product supply methods can be used to suit the nature of the products or your production needs, such as hoppers and inlet assemblies.

This machine features adjustable fill and recharge speeds as well as a safety-interlock feature ensuring operator safety during operation. The volume stroke-adjustment integrated into the machine design means a variety of fill volumes can be achieved with a single product cylinder and this can be altered during production within seconds.
