  • Flexible Carton Sizes and Configurations
  • Automatic Bottom Sealing – The EZ-Box 20 applies pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape to seal the bottom of formed cartons. This prepares boxes for downstream filling, packing and other packaging operations.
  • Motorised Blank Magazine – The motorised magazine stores flat carton blanks ready for automatic feeding, with a capacity of approximately 120–220 blanks depending on the configuration. This helps reduce frequent manual reloading and supports more continuous operation.
  • PLC Controls and Packaging Line Integration – PLC-based controls support machine operation and integration with upstream and downstream equipment. The EZ-Box 20 can be configured to work within new or existing packaging lines, helping manufacturers coordinate carton erecting with subsequent filling, packing and sealing processes.
  • Safety and Remote Assistance – The machine incorporates safety systems designed to support safe operation and comply with applicable European CE requirements. SIAT Connect provides remote assistance capabilities, including remote access for troubleshooting and support, subject to system configuration and connectivity.
