The AV-3 Asset-Packaging Single Head Filler Series is a semi-automatic filling machine designed for liquids, creams, pastes and products containing soft suspended solids. Known for its heavy-duty construction, simple operation and easy cleaning, the AV-3 series has a long history of reliability in production environments.

The machine uses a versatile valve and cylinder system capable of handling a wide range of viscosities—from thin liquids through to thick pastes—making it suitable for diverse manufacturing applications.

Although originally designed as a trolley-mounted semi-automatic filler, the AV-3 can also be integrated into conveyor-based or specialised automated production lines, offering flexibility for different workflows.

For operator safety, the stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder assembly are protected by a safety-interlocked polycarbonate cover.
