Chemical

Chemical Product Cap Sealing Applications

Chemical induction sealing is extremely important because chemicals can provide hazardous conditions if leakage occurs in the shipment or material handling process. We can provide a machine that will protect your product and can handle chemicals ranging from pesticides, agrochemical, pool chemicals, bleaches, furniture polishes, rust removal, stove-top cleaners and much more. Worldwide recognised shipping organizations have directly recommended induction sealing to some of our chemical producing customers due to damage claims from leaking chemicals.

A leaky mess is not only bad news for your customer, it’s also really bad news for YOU. Liquid spills in shipment, especially with sticky products, oils, chemicals and even hazardous liquids, can cause a liability to other products damaged in shipment with yours and cost you a lot of money. Pillar Technologies Induction Sealers provide the leak protection you need to ensure your product arrives safely to your customer.

Contact us today to see how we can help prevent your products from leaking with our proven chemical induction sealing equipment.

(Hazardous conditions or wash-down environments may require a water-cooled FOILER™ system)

Automotive

Automotive Cap Sealing Applications

The automotive industry relies heavily on induction sealing and automotive cap sealing. This technology keeps the lubricants, oils and additives from leaking or contaminating material in the handling process. Pillar can provide a machine that will securely protect your product and keep the consumer free of spills. The nature of chemicals used in the automotive industry means an induction seal doesn’t only help prevent a shipment from being returned during leakage, it ensures your customer is safe from contact before they have opened your product.

Globally recognized shipping organisations have recommended automotive cap sealing to chemical producing customers, to reduce claims from leaking chemicals
