AV-5-2C Asset Packaging Machine – Dual-Head Pneumatic Volumetric Filler

The AV-5-2C Asset Packaging Machine is a dual-head pneumatic volumetric filling machine designed for versatile and accurate liquid filling applications. Each of its two nozzles can dispense 5 litres of product per stroke, allowing high-efficiency operation for a wide range of production requirements.

Self-priming from a tank or drum, this machine handles free-flowing liquids including shampoo, detergents, oils, mayonnaise, paints, and more. Equipped with an air-operated spool valve, it is capable of processing products with suspended solids up to 95°C, such as fruit and vegetable pulp mixes and sauces. The valve supports product feed from floor-level or elevated tanks, ensuring flexible integration into existing production lines.

Designed for fully automatic operation over a conveyor, the AV-5-2C is ideal for food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. Its robust construction ensures reliability, accuracy, and ease of cleaning, meeting the high standards required for modern production environments.
