PSC-6-4.8m Slat Conveyor

Our PSC-6-4.8m Slat Conveyor measures 4800mm (16 ft) in length and is designed for handling all types of containers, regardless of shape or material, as long as they can stand on their own. Containers are normally fed onto the conveyor to assist with other production line systems such as filling, capping, labelling, printing and sealing.

Modular Conveyor System

Packserv conveyor systems are designed to be modular, allowing for use with our entire suite of equipment as well as other manufacturers’ equipment. All of our gating and sensor systems are designed to be utilised with the guide rails used by this conveyor. Furthermore, all our filling and capping machines can be mounted directly to the conveyor to ensure the consistency of application.

Stainless Steel Construction

This machine features a 316 Stainless Steel design, ensuring long-lasting durability and functionality with minimal maintenance. It has rubber feet to ensure traction on any surface, regardless of material. There is also an optional trolley available, allowing it to fit into tight spaces in your production line.

AC Motor with VSD Controller

This conveyor utilises an AC motor with a VSD controller, allowing the conveyor to be easily put into reverse at the touch of a button.

Optional Legs and Castors

The PSC-6-4.8m Slat Conveyor is also available on legs at a standard height of 900mm, with lockable castors and height-adjusting jacks.
