Twin Head 5L Auto Liquid Filler

Packserv’s PFM-5-2C Twin Head 5L Auto Filler is a fully automatic liquid, paste, and cream filling machine. The heavy-duty, all-pneumatic design of the PFM-5-2C is compact, reliable, and easy to clean. This machine operates with a fully automatic inline function. The filler incorporates two 5-litre product cylinders, allowing for dual single-shot filling of containers from 500ml to 5000ml.

The PFM-5-2C also comes standard with a pair of positive shut-off nozzles and a bottom-up fill assembly. The spool-valve system of the filler handles all types of bottling products. It is capable of processing thin liquids, creams, and thick pastes as well as hot and cold filling. This equipment can handle temperatures of up to 95°C (203 F) with ease. The PFM-5-2C also comes complete with a “no bottle, no fill” safety device and container gating system.

The cylinder design of the PFM-5-2C Twin Head 5L Auto Filler enables quicker dismantling and easier, more thorough cleaning of wet parts. Various product supply methods can be utilised to suit the nature of our customers’ products, such as hoppers and inlet assemblies.

The stroke adjuster and air/product cylinder drive assemblies are enclosed with a safety interlocked polycarbonate cover, stopping the machine if opened by the operator.
