Nathan Wardell
With a lineage spanning three generations in packaging and manufacturing, Nathan began his business leadership journey in the mid-1990s, working at Rentafill for a decade, where he successfully grew the business twofold prior to its sale. He then established Packserv. Packserv is now Australia’s leading packaging equipment, machinery, and technical services business operating Australia-wide and now exporting internationally.
Nathan has always been a strong advocate for Australian onshore manufacturing and works closely with academic bodies and university institutions for the innovation and development of materials, manufacturing processes and technologies that can be utilised and adopted by the industry and manufacturers at large. He was appointed to serve on the Board of APPMA in February 2024, Australia’s national packaging and processing machinery association and is the Chair of the APPEX working group.
