The PT-7 Asset Packaging Machine Pumptite Unit is a specialised ancillary device designed to work with the AC-1 or PCM-1 series cap tightening machines, enabling the secure tightening of non-standard closures such as trigger packs, spray bottles, and cream-dispensing pump bottles.

This pneumatic, air-driven unit can be mounted on either semi-automatic or fully automatic cap tightening machines, providing flexibility for different production line requirements. Typical operation rates range from 15 to 60 units per minute, depending on the host machine.

The PT-7 ensures smooth and reliable handling of specialised closures, improving efficiency and maintaining consistent bottle capping across high-speed production lines. Its robust design allows integration with bottle filling, capping, and packaging systems, making it suitable for food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
