The Asset Packaging Machine CV-6-3.6 Slat Conveyor measures 3600mm in length and is designed for handling all types of containers regardless of shape or material; as long as they can stand of their own accord. Containers are normally fed to the conveyor to assist with other production line systems such as filling, capping, labelling, marking and sealing.
This conveyor system is designed to be modular allowing for use with our entire suite of equipment as well as other manufacturers. All of our gating and sensor systems are designed to be utilised with the guide rails used by this conveyor. Furthermore, all our filling and capping machines can mount directly to the conveyor to ensure consistency of application.
The 316 stainless steel frame is mounted on top of castors/wheels to allow for unparalled manoeuvrability, furthermore this machine features levelling jacks on rubber feet to allow traction and height adjustment of the entire conveyor to suit any production line.
This conveyor utilises a DC motor with a VSD controller.
